Have a Question

  • Q What materials are commonly used in your knives?

A Blades are made from high-carbon steel (e.g., D2, 440C), stainless steel (e.g., 8Cr13MoV), or premium powder steel (e.g., S30V). Handles utilize G-10, carbon fiber, titanium alloy, or aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for durability and aesthetics.
  • Q Do your knives have rust-resistant treatments? How should they be maintained?

A Select models feature coatings or stone-washed finishes for corrosion resistance. Regular cleaning, drying, and application of knife-specific oil are recommended. Avoid prolonged exposure to corrosive substances.

II. Production & Customization

  • Q Do you offer OEM/ODM services? What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A Full customization (design, materials, branding, etc.) is available. Standard MOQ is 500-1,000 units, adjustable based on complexity.
  • Q What is your monthly production capacity and standard lead time?

A Monthly output for standard products reaches 300,000 units. Custom orders typically ship within 55 days (varies with order size and processes).

III. Quality & Certifications

  • Q What quality control processes do you follow?

A All products undergo 12-step inspections, including steel composition analysis, hardness testing, blade sharpness checks, and smoothness verification.
  • Q Can packaging be customized for shock/water resistance?

    A

Options include color boxes, blister packs, and gift boxes with EPE foam inserts/desiccants, compliant with sea/air freight standards.

IV. Orders & Logistics

  • Q What payment terms are accepted? Do you support L/C?

A We accept T/T, PayPal, etc. (30% deposit + balance before shipment).

VI. Miscellaneous

  • Q Do you provide marketing assets (3D models, high-res images)?

A Free white-background photos, multi-angle videos, and spec sheets are available. 3D files (STEP format) require an NDA.
  • Q Can we visit the factory or conduct third-party inspections?

A Factory tours are welcome. Third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) require 7 business days' notice.
